GU Students have been involved in a lot of activities this week in regards to Health and Fitness week. Students have been involved in morning Aerobics getting them energized for the day, which was fun for both students and staff. Junior students made healthy snacks in the kitchen, to help them become aware of healthier options they can eat.
In addition, the Ministry of Health also came to visit the Green Unit students, informing them about the importance of eating a balanced diet and exercising on a regular basis. Lots of healthy snacks have been brought to school this week and we hope this will continue to be part of their daily routine.
