Yousef Hussein (Year 12) was selected to attend the three day intensive medical “Immersion Programme” at the Royal College of Surgeons, Bahrain.
Amongst other things, all the “Future Doctors” are learning about ECGs and the cardiovascular system, ultrasound and how to apply sutures.
At the end of the three days’ training, Yousef and the other “Future Doctors”, will be in a better position to know if medicine really is their chosen profession.
