KES Shop Terms and conditions

Choose the delivery type :

• Home Delivery (KD 2 will be charged for delivery within 5 working days )
• Store Pickup ( Pickup after 3 working days )

Exchanging policy :

• Exchanges can only happen in person at the uniform center at KES campus during the operating hours listed below.
• Exchanges are allowed within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Exchange can only happen with the original receipt.
• Items exchanged need to have their original tag and coded polybag.

• The client is responsible for the accuracy of the address provided

Summertime:

• From Saturday to Thursday: from 8 am to 12.30 pm.
  (During school )
• From Sunday to Thursday: from 7.30 am to 2 pm
• Saturday(During school ): from 8 am to 12.30 pm, the parent has to call to check the duty schedule.
