KES visits United Nations Kuwait

Three students from Kuwait English School, Bardya Rezaei, Khalid Soueidan and Elijah Jacob – all members of the KESMUN Executive –  attended and represented Kuwait English School at the United Nations Event, which took place on Wednesday 3rd October in Mishref, Kuwait.
The State of Kuwait and the United Nations Kuwait are developing a Strategic Partnership Framework for Sustainable Development with stakeholders (schools) to provide a platform to co-ordinate common policy work, coordination and delivery of results to support the UN system and youth of Kuwait.
The KES students addressed the audience on various topics such as the sustainable development goals for the Kuwait youth and the major challenges they face. A very successful event that looks to empower the young generation and create responsible individuals with authentic values that will promote a sustainable development of the nation.
