On Thursday this week the Prep Department celebrated Yellow Day, a special day dedicated to the yellow colour. Children as well as teachers came to school dressed in their favourite outfits of different hues and tints of yellow. The main entrance and the playgrounds were beautifully decorated with yellow balloons. Focusing on the theme, teachers organised art and collages activities in which children enthusiastically took part. They were engaged also in conversations about yellow objects they could see around. Everyone had so much fun today, the yellow colour is definitely the colour of wisdom and intellectual energy and had a positive influence on our youngest children.
