Gurgian
We will celebrate Gurgian next Thursday. The children can dress up in Gurgian/Kuwaiti clothes. I would like to make you aware that the gifts children often bring in for Gurgian include nuts, so if your child has a nut allergy, please bear this in mind. This will also be our end of year party day.
Den Week
This coming week the children in Prep. will be making dens with sheets, pegs etc. We encourage them to work together and be creative. Children love making dens, so please encourage them to do this at home too. They can make them under furniture, under washing lines etc. They like to take torches into the dens and make them into little hideaways!
Letter Join
In Year 2 the children learn to join their letters and we use ‘Letter Join.’ Here is a link to the website Letter join The password is 22057. The children enjoy doing this and it is something they can practise at home.
