It is truly an honour to be serving as the Head of Primary at Kuwait English School. Having dedicated my career to education, leadership, and the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, I feel privileged to join a community with such a rich legacy of academic excellence and holistic development.
My professional journey has taken me across both the United States and Kuwait, where I have held various leadership positions that have shaped my vision for education. Alongside my school leadership work, I also serve as a Professor at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, which allows me to mentor future educators and remain deeply engaged in research and professional learning. These experiences have strengthened my conviction that schools should not only nurture knowledge, but also character, creativity, and confidence.
At KES, I am inspired by the shared commitment of staff, students, and families to create a culture of learning, kindness, and belonging. It truly takes a village to raise a child, and I believe that by working together as educators and parents, we can ensure every student feels supported, valued, and inspired to reach their full potential.
I look forward to working closely with our dedicated teachers, supportive parents, and of course our wonderful students to ensure that the Primary School continues to flourish. Together, we will build on the strong foundations of KES, while also embracing new opportunities to prepare our young learners for the future.
