Kuwait English School Represents Youth at The International Day for Disaster Risk Reduction

Vasiliki Stergiou (Head Girl) and Snehika Srivastava (Secretary General KESMUN) represented Kuwait high school students at today’s climate change function.

Kuwait English school was the only school invited to attend and take place in today’s event.

Together with the American University of Kuwait and Kuwait University, they presented their findings, after three weeks of preparation.

The COP26, COP27 and COP28 Climate Resilience & Sustainable in Focus Seminar will take place today and conclude and reach its climax on UN Day later in October.

We at KES are proud that our students were chosen to represent the voices of Kuwait’s students at such an important event attended by the British Ambassador and representatives from COP27 in Egypt and COP28 in UAE.
