Brown Day in Prep.
On Thursday 9th it will be our brown day. KG and Reception children can come to school wearing items of brown clothing.
Gifts
Please do not bring in gifts for the children in your child’s class on colour days etc. If you want to share something with your child’s classmates, fruit of the colour of the week, for example, is fine, but please no more gifts or unhealthy food.
Author Visit
I’m afraid that we did not receive the books from the port in time for the author visit today. If your child in Year 1 or 2 wanted a book, they will receive it after the holiday. I’m afraid that if your child hasn’t brought money for a book by the end of today we will be unable to get a book for them.
Reception Reading and Writing Meeting
We will be holding a Reading and Writing Meeting for Parents of Reception children on Wednesday 8th November at 5pm in the Prep. Department. The teachers will be giving information on how we teach reading and writing and how you can help your children with this.
Winter Uniform is available
On 19th November the students should all be wearing winter uniform. Please note that winter uniform is now available in the uniform shop.
The uniform shop is open daily during school hours and in addition on Saturdays from 8am to 1pm.
Half Term Holiday
I would like to remind you that the half term holiday will be from tomorrow until 4th November.
Requests
A number of children are wearing V-Tech watches to school, these are not appropriate for school, so please keep them at home.
Please, no trolley bags. They are difficult for children to carry and others trip over them when they are being wheeled.

I’m afraid that our photograph site has crashed. We are looking at alternative ways of sharing photos with you.
