KG White Open Day
The Parents of children in KG White are invited to their open day on Tuesday 22nd January from 8.15 to 9.30. The children will sing a few songs and then would like their parents to play with them and their friends during their outdoor learning time. This is an opportunity for you to see what your child does in school, meet their friends and other parents and spend some quality time with your child. It will be a ‘mobile’ free time.
Calendars

Water bottles
We are trying to reduce the amount of plastic we are using in school and to raise the children’s awareness towards wasting plastic, particularly single use plastic and the dangers of plastic to your health. It would be great if your child could bring in a water bottle everyday that is stainless steel, not plastic or plastic that is used every day, rather than throw away bottles. No glass bottles please!
Please ensure your child’s bottle doesn’t leak, quite a few books are being damaged by leaking bottles.
Please also try and avoid wrapping everything in cling film or plastic bags.

Regards,
Helen Searle
