IGCSE Business Studies looks at the business environment, the structure of organisations and aspects of marketing, production and finance. The role of people in business is studied, with attention paid to recruitment and training, and motivation and communication of the individual at work.
While it is obvious that those planning on working in most industries and prospective entrepreneurs should study business, all people should learn as much about business operations as possible.
